Bristol City players back plea for marshals
Friday 23rd April 2010

Captain of Bristol City Football club Louis Carey and defender Liam Fontaine are asking local people to step forward and act as marshals for The Midnight Walk.
Maria del Carmen Moon Park, Community Fundraiser at St Peter’s Hospice said: “The Midnight Walk is not only dedicated to raising money and awareness of the Hospice, but it’s a girls’ night out with a difference. We’ve had a fantastic response from ladies who want to join us but we now desperately need to recruit more marshals to make sure the event is safe for everyone and runs smoothly. So if anyone has family or friends walking, or just fancies being part of one of the biggest events in Bristol this summer, please get in touch, as we need your help. ”
